She was born in Natal/RN and now she has living in São Paulo since 2011. Ana Carolina Marinho is actor, director, editor and screenwriter. She is the director and editor of the short film “Between”; director and screenwriter of the feature film “I (also) didn't cum”; executive producer and editor of the short film “Adelaide, there's no second chance for mistakes” (directed by Anna Zêpa). Graduated in acting at SP Escola de Teatro, she is also actor and producer of Coletivo Estopô Balaio. She works at Bela Filmes company and she is executive producer and screenwriter of the series “Paulo Freire, a man of the world” (directed by Cristiano Burlan), co-produced by SescTV; screenwriter and actor in the movie “Before the End”,  co-produced by Canal Brasil. She scripted and produced the documentary “Estopô Balaio”. Her last fiction feature film script “The Mother” was awarded at the 7th Brazil CineMundi - International Coproduction Meeting.

She directed the short documentary “Adelaide, there's no second chance for mistakes”, about the brazilian writer Adelaide Carraro.
